And to truly set this dish apart we have added our luscious lemon zest and tarragon hollandaise sauce. 🍋✨ It adds a zesty and aromatic twist that perfectly complements the flavors of the mushrooms and beef, creating a harmonious symphony of taste.

This dish is a perfect example of the culinary delights to be enjoyed from the local forests of Squamish, the Sea to Sky and the Pacific North West.
