At the Crabapple Cafe, we sell a lot of Hashes, mostly our Garden and Pastrami Hash. This week Chef Ryan decided go with Chorizo and added a little somethign else by including some Cheese, Salsa and Smashed Avocado on the side.

The first impressions have been very positive. We're sure you'll have a similar experience.

(Chorizo, Peppers, Onions, Aged Cheddar, 2 Poached Eggs, Salsa and Smashed Avocado on a bed of Hash Browns.)
