If you've ever heard of or are a fan of a croque monsieur then you'll be somewhat familiar with the croque madame.

Chef Ryan has created this on house-made buttermilk potato bread with rosemary ham, gruyere, parmesan, creamy dijon Bechamel and the thing that differentiates it from the monsieure is that it's served with a sunny side egg. He's even gone that bit further and will be serving it with a side of hollandaise.

It's running this weekend only and is sure to be a hit so don't put off those croque madame desires.

It will certainly fulfill those lunch time hunger needs!
