Our chefs like to be able to offer a variety of different specials based around our exisiting menu. This week Chef Ryan has offered up this amazing version of our exisiting Samshed Avocado Toast.

The Ultimate Avocado Toast consists of:⁠

Toasted Rye, Smashed Avocado, Wild Mushrooms, Fire Roasted Tomato, Feta, Balsamic Glaze and 2 Poached Eggs topped with Micro Greens,

The main ingredients have been sourced locally with the Microgreens coming from our friends @whistlerharvest.⁠ ⁠
