Every weekend we like to offer our guests some extra variety to fulfill their Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch time needs.
This weekend is no exception. We'll be serving this super tasty Crabapple Special; Braised Beef Short Rib Hash.
Slowly braised Beef, so tender that it falls apart in your mouth, served on a bed of Hash Browns with Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Beef Jus and two Poached Eggs with Hollandaise.
This isn't the first time we have served this and it's back again by popular request of the Squamish locals we get to call Crabapple regulars.
