Chris This week Chef Ryan decided to come up with a twist on our incredibly popular Garden Hash. The Garden Hash has been one of the Crabapple Cafe's best selling dishes for a while so he thought it was only right to give our loyal Squamish guests something slightly different to try.
He has put together this amazing Cajun Veggie Hash:
It's a mixture of Sweet Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Butternut Squash, Zucchini and Kale, seasoned with House Cajun Spice, served on a bed of Hash Browns, topped off with 2 eggs and Hollandaise or Tofu and Pesto.
And it's ONLY $18.95
This special will be Running from Friday 18th until Monday 21st February (Families Day).
