His team will be serving this delicious Wild Boar Bacon Benny; Each Benny is an English Muffin topped with Wild Boar Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Apples, 2 Poached Eggs, Hollandaise, Aged White Cheddar and Spicy Rainbow Micro Greens.  Served with Hash Browns .
